Luckily I was able to adapt my home gym, thanks to the equipment I rented and that was beneficial because when I didn’t train I felt like I was wasting that money, so I had an incentive that helped me with that extra motivation that one needs in these times. On the other hand, how difficult it is to feel comfortable training at home! The routine does not flow (as you can see in the image), and the tiredness becomes a heavy burden instead of a fun competition. The positive thing I get out of it is that I can train any time of the day, even Sundays (yes, I’m that kind of person) and I can adapt the routine to my taste (sorry Coach) whatever I need to do to keep up with these quarantine days. How are you doing with training at home?
